Reaction and comment features in posts

You can show your response to other participants' posts by liking them, which lets the poster know that you have seen it and that you support it.

1. Responding to a post with an emoji
You can respond to posts by choosing one of five available emojis.

2. Likes and comments
You can maintain communication and boost team morale by showing your support for posts or comments with likes or leaving comments.

  • Leaving comments
    You can keep the conversation flowing and foster team collaboration by sharing your thoughts or feedback in the comments section.

✔ Tip

To add a line break while writing a post, press Shift + Enter. To publish the post, press Enter.

  • Liking comments
    Show appreciation to your team members by liking their comments, letting them know that you have acknowledged their work or have reviewed their requests.

3. Sub-reply to comments

​You can directly reply to a certain comment to keep the conversation flowing and foster team collaboration by sharing your thoughts or feedback.

The recipient will be automatically tagged when clicking the “reply” button

(*The tag is not applied to the first reply of the comment thread).

✔Tip

  • If you delete the main comment, all sub-replies belonging to that comment will be deleted as well.

  • You cannot reply to system comments (progress change, date set, etc...)

4. Comment Filtering

You can distinguish between all comments and user comments by using tabs at the top of the comments section.

  • Selecting the "All" tab displays both system comments and all comments authored by users.

  • "Comments" tab filters to show only comments authored by users.
