Sharing a post by Copy Link feature

You can generate a URL link to share a specific post with others. When someone clicks on the link, they will be directed to the project where the post is located and the post will appear as a pop-up.

✔ Tip

To be able to view a post from a link, you must be a project participant.

1. Sharing a post by Copy Link feature
To share a post with other team members in a project, you can copy the post link by clicking the three dots at the top right corner of the post and selecting "Copy link." You will see a popup message confirming that the link has been successfully copied to the clipboard. Note that in order to view the post from the link, the recipient must be a participant in the project.

2. Sharing a copied link
You can share the copied post link through various channels such as chats, posts, comments sections, or external platforms outside of Morningmate.

3. Access a post via link
You can go to the project where the post is uploaded by clicking on the link you have received. The post will appear as a pop-up once you have entered the project.

  • Accessing a post in a participating project via a shared link
    If you are a participant in a project and receive a link to a post within that project, you can view the post by clicking on the link. The post will be displayed immediately once the link is opened.

  • Accessing a shared post link for a project you're not a participant of
    If you receive a link to a post located in a project that you are not a participant of, you will see a message that says "You are not a participant of this project." In order to see the post, you need to be invited to join the project or request to join it first.
