Every post created in Flow has its own unique URL. By copying and sharing this link, you can easily share task history and discussions with others.
Recipients can instantly navigate to the related project and quickly view the shared post in a pop-up window.
Tip!
By default, only users who are participants in the project where the post was created can access the post link. However, if the project is set to Public, users who are not project participants can also view the post.
1. Copy a post link
Click the More (⋮) button in the upper-right corner of the post you want to share, then select Copy link. Once the link has been copied, a notification saying "Copied to clipboard" will appear at the top of the screen.
2. Share the link
The copied link can be shared through chat messages, posts, comments, or any other communication channel. You can also share it with people outside your organization.
3. Open a shared post
When you click a link shared by someone else—or one you previously shared—the system will navigate you to the project where the post is located.
The linked post will appear in a pop-up window, allowing you to view its contents immediately.
If the post belongs to a project you are participating in
If you receive a link to a post in a project you are already participating in, clicking the link will take you directly to the post.
If the post belongs to a project you are NOT participating In
If you receive a link to a post in a project you are not a participant of, you will see a message stating: "You are not a participant in this project."
To view the post, you must first be invited to and join the project.
