You can keep frequently used post formats and/or important information at the top of the page for easy access and visibility by pinning them.

1. How to pin a post to the top
You can pin a post to the top of a project by clicking on the pin icon located at the top corner of the post. To unpin a post, click the pin icon again. Pinned posts will be displayed at the top of the project for easy access.

2. Changing the order of the pinned posts
One way to highlight important pinned posts and change their order is by dragging the dots on the left side of the post to rearrange them.

4. Pin important comments
This feature allows users to fix specific comments at the top of a comment section so that important information is always visible.

Replies to the comment cannot be pinned - only original comments can be pinned)
1) Original and pinned comments
When a comment is pinned, the original remains in place, and a copy appears at the top. This allows users to track the chronological history of comments.
Tip!
Pinned comments are visually distinguished with a purple background (same on web and mobile)
2) Synced interactions
Pinned (copied) and original comments are synchronized across all actions:
👍 Likes: Liking one updates both
💬 Replies: Replies appear on both
🗑️ Deleting: Deleting one deletes both
🌐 Translation: Only the clicked comment is translated
✏️ Edits: Edits are applied to both the original and copied comments simultaneously
3) Pinned comment in different devices
Web
Pinned comments always appear at the top (up to 10 comments can be pinned).
If multiple comments exist, regular comments will be hidden under the "View more comments" button.
Pinning a comment is synced in the mobile version, and vice versa.
Mobile
All pinned comments are shown, regardless of how many you pin.
Pinning is available via long tap or pin icon (only on comments, not replies)
4) General policy for pinned comments
Pinning permissions
If the comment writing permission is set to "All", then anyone can pin a comment.
Members in the project can unpin comments pinned by others.
System comments
System comments can be pinned, but:They are not pinned in the "Comment" tab
They do not affect the comment count (can be pinned as many as you want)
Notifications
No notification is sent when a comment is pinned
