Updated over a week ago

You can keep frequently used post formats and/or important information at the top of the page for easy access and visibility by pinning them.

✔ Tip

One project can have up to 100 pinned posts at the top of the page.

1. How to pin a post to the top
You can pin a post to the top of a project by clicking on the pin icon located at the top corner of the post. To unpin a post, click the pin icon again. Pinned posts will be displayed at the top of the project for easy access.

✔ Tip

The ability to unpin a post is limited to project managers and the original poster.

2. Changing the order of the pinned posts
One way to highlight important pinned posts and change their order is by dragging the dots on the left side of the post to rearrange them.

✔ Tip

The order of pinned posts can be changed only by the project managers.

3. Best practices to use the Pin feature
Consider establishing a rule for pinning posts that aligns with your department's tasks or workflows.

  • Best practice 1:
Pin can be used to save a post format that your team uses repeatedly for certain tasks.. This can save time and ensure consistency in the format of the post.

  • Best practice 2:
Pin frequently used post formats and/or important information that all project participants should be aware of to the top of the page. This can help keep everyone informed and save time searching for important information.
