In the My projects section on the left sidebar, you can customize how your projects are sorted and displayed.
1. Sorting options
You can set the project sorting order based on your preferred criteria.
Latest activity (All_Everyone)
Projects are sorted based on the most recent post or comment activity.
This is the most commonly used setting, as it keeps active projects at the top.My latest activity (My posts)
Projects are sorted based on the most recent post or comment created by you.
Activities from other users do not affect the sorting order.Alphabetical (A–Z / Z–A)
Projects are sorted by project name in alphabetical order.
This is useful when you want a fixed and consistent project order.
Tip!
If you use alphabetical sorting, adding numbers or prefixes to project names can make them easier to find.
2. View options
You can also filter which projects are displayed in the My Projects view.
Projects I'm In
View all projects you are currently a member of.
Projects I Manage
View only the projects where you are assigned as a Project Manager.
