Explore the project interface

Projects are where your company or team collaborates and shares work.
Take a look at the key features and where to find them within a project.

1. Change project settings

Click “More options” (⋮) next to the project title to update various project settings.

Tip!

  • Edit Project and Delete Project options are only visible to project admins.

2. Invite project members

You can invite team members or external collaborators to share work and communicate within the project. (See how to invite members to a project)


3. View project members

Click the Member bubble button in the top-right corner of the project to see the list of participants. (See how to manage project members)

If you are a project admin, you can remove members from the project or assign additional admins.

4. Create posts

You can share work by creating different types of posts.

Select the appropriate type, and a pop-up will appear for you to write the content:

📜Post / Task / Event / To-do / Poll

5. View posts

All posts created within the project are displayed in the center of the project screen.
Posts are sorted in chronological order based on when they were created.

  • Hashtags / pinned Posts

Configured hashtags and pinned posts are displayed right below the post creation area.

  • Post filters

You can filter posts by type (Post / Task / Schedule / To-do / Poll) to quickly find what you need.

  • Post view settings

    ① Simple / Detailed view

    • Simple view: Shows only the post title

    • Detailed view: Displays the author and date/time along with the title

② Feed View / List View
You can choose between Feed view and List view.
Your selected view setting will also be applied on mobile.

6. “Tasks / Calendar / Files / Activity / Insights” Tabs

You can access all project-related data in one place, including:

  • Tasks

  • Schedules

  • Files

  • Notifications related to the project

You can also use the Insights feature to get an overview of project activity and status.

Tip!
If you have set up recurring posts, an additional “Repeat” tab will appear where you can manage and edit those settings.
