To join your company's Morningmate account, you can either use the invitation link or accept the invitation sent to you via email by your organization's Morningmate admin.
1. Joining via company URL or invitation email.
To access your company's joining page, you must use the URL or the invitation email that has been sent to you. There is no other way to gain access.
Go to your company's joining page via an invitation link
To access the joining page, simply click on the invitation link that was sent to you via email, text, or other messaging services.
Go to your company's joining page by invitation email
To access your organization or team's joining page, simply click on the 'Join' button in the email sent to you by your admin.
2. Creating a new account on company's joining page
To create a new account on your company's joining page, simply provide the required information, including your email, name, and password. This will allow you to join your company's Morningmate account.

Verification code
Upon sign-up, a verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don't see the code in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
3. Request to join
After submitting your request to join, access to Morningmate will be granted once it is approved by your organization's Morningmate admin. If you require an immediate approval, kindly contact your company's dedicated Morningmate admin.
✔ Tip Only an admin has the ability to send invitation emails. If you're joining via an invitation, you can begin using Morningmate right away without waiting for admin approval. |
