The era of working with AI 🤖
In our day-to-day work, we often find ourselves asking questions like: “Where was that file?” “What did we decide in the last meeting?” or “I need to turn this into a report…”
A lot of time can be spent searching for information, reviewing documents, summarizing content, and organizing it all over again.
Repattern streamlines this entire process. It is a work-focused AI tool that helps you create the results you need faster using your Morningmate projects, tasks, conversations, and files, as well as web-based searches.
1. What is Repattern?
Repattern is an integrated suite of AI tools that you can use directly within Morningmate. You can choose from various AI engines, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and use a range of features designed to improve your productivity—from basic chat and AI-powered work transformation to custom AI assistants called Chatbots.
2. Getting started with Repattern
Click Repattern in the left menu of the Morningmate main screen to get started. You will be taken directly to the AI chat screen.
3. Repattern interface
1) Chat and feature area
New Chat: Starts a new AI chat. Click the button to begin a conversation with AI. Once started, the conversation is automatically added to the chat list at the bottom of the left panel.
AI Work Manager: Automatically converts team or department work data into Morningmate projects and task posts using natural-language instructions or Excel/CSV files.
AI Chatbot: Provides AI bots that can automate repetitive tasks. You can immediately use preconfigured chatbots such as the Excel Formula Assistant.
2) Chat list / dashboard area
This area allows you to view your personal Repattern AI chat history, check AI usage, and change the language.
3) Chat input / feature mode settings
This is the core area of Repattern, where you can enter questions or requests for AI. You can simply type your request in natural language, and AI can generate documents, analyze data, or develop ideas for you. Press Enter to send a message and Shift + Enter to add a line break.
The input guide changes depending on the selected chat mode, making it easier to get started.
From the settings area on the left side of the input box, you can select features such as File Upload, Repattern Skills, Integrations, Web Search, and Image Generation.
If no specific mode is selected, Repattern operates in Free Chat mode.

File Upload / Tools: Click the plus icon to upload PDF, Excel, or image files. You can also reattach recently uploaded files. Image Generation, Web Search, and Repattern Skills are also available.
Advanced Search: When enabled, AI analyzes more context and logical relationships during the conversation to provide more sophisticated responses.
Integrations: Connect Repattern with your current Morningmate projects, Morningmate Wiki, and Morningmate Drive to work more efficiently.
4) AI model selection
You can switch between AI models using the model selection menu in the bottom-right corner of the chat input area.
Tip!
Use GPT for general drafts, Claude for document summaries and writing, and Gemini for data analysis and quick lookups.
5) Favorites
Add frequently used chatbots or AI features to your Favorites for quick access. You can also preconfigure custom chatbots or chatbots frequently used by your department for easier access.
6) Prompt Guard (Security Masking) 🛡️
Repattern provides Prompt Guard (Security Masking) to help ensure safe AI usage within organizations.
This feature is enabled by default and can be enabled or disabled by an administrator from the Admin Dashboard when needed.
If your request may contain sensitive information, make sure to check whether Prompt Guard is enabled before using Repattern.
Tip!
Even when you copy and paste an email or document into Repattern, sensitive information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses is automatically masked before being sent to AI.
Because AI cannot see the masked information, this helps prevent personal information from being exposed to AI models.
4. Basic chat features
Basic Chat provides the core AI conversation features in Repattern. You can ask questions in natural language, summarize documents, and quickly create drafts of work-related documents.
Available modes include Free Chat, Web Search, and Image Generation. Select the mode that best fits your task and start a conversation with AI.
5. AI Project Builder
Moving work managed in Excel or spreadsheets into a new Morningmate project can be time-consuming. With AI Work Manager, you can automatically create projects and tasks using conversations, Excel files, or templates.
6. Repattern Chatbot
Repattern Chatbot is your personal AI work assistant that automatically responds to repetitive questions and consistently generates standardized documents and responses.
You can connect internal documents or Morningmate project data and configure the chatbot to automatically respond to recurring questions.
Create chatbots based on internal manuals and policies for Q&A, or build team-specific chatbots to streamline everyday work. 🖥️
7. Repattern Admin Dashboard
The Repattern Admin Dashboard allows administrators to get an overview of how AI features are being used across the organization and easily manage security settings.
Monitor AI usage and configure security masking settings to help your organization use AI more efficiently and securely.
Repattern makes everyday collaboration easier—from document summarization and work transformation to custom AI chatbots.
Click the Repattern button to get started. Faster organization and more effective execution can help transform the way your team works. 🚀
