Repattern – AI Chatbot is your personal work assistant that automatically responds to frequently asked questions and consistently generates standardized documents and responses. You can create and share chatbots for personal, team, or company-wide use.

1. Chatbot Interface
The AI Chatbot can be accessed through the [AI Chatbot] menu in the left sidebar of the Repattern main page or by clicking the [AI Chatbot] icon in the main chat window.
The chatbot page consists of a search and sorting area at the top and a Recommended Chatbots section.
1) Top Section
The top section provides a search bar and sorting options.
Use the search bar to quickly find a chatbot by entering its name or a relevant keyword.
Use the sorting options on the right to sort chatbots by Recommended, Newest, Name, and other criteria.
2) Recommended Chatbots
Default chatbots (template chatbots) that can be used immediately for various work scenarios are provided as cards.
Each chatbot displays its name along with a brief description of what it can help with, making it easy to understand its purpose at a glance.
Simply click a chatbot to start a conversation right away. No additional setup is required.
💡 These chatbots are designed around common use cases and conversation examples across a variety of roles and situations. They are especially useful for those who are new to AI chatbots and want to start applying AI to their work right away.
2. Create your own Chatbot
Click the [+ Create Chatbot] button in the upper-right corner to create your own chatbot.
Simply enter the basic information and data sources the chatbot should reference to create your chatbot.
1) Enter Basic Information
① Chatbot Name: Enter the name that will be displayed in the chatbot list.
② Chatbot Description: Briefly describe what the chatbot does.
③ Conversation Input Guide: Enter a sample prompt or phrase that will be displayed as a guide in the conversation input field.
④ Chatbot Instructions: This is where you write the chatbot's prompt. Specify the chatbot's role, tone, response style, and other guidelines in detail.
2) Configure Connected Data
Connected Data determines which data the chatbot will reference when generating responses.
You can connect web links, Morningmate projects, and document files to define the scope of information the chatbot can use.
Tip!
Files must be 50 MB or smaller, and you can attach up to 5 files. Only PDF files are supported.
3) View your chatbot
Once created, your chatbot will appear under My chatbots.
3. Using your Chatbot
1) Chat with Your Chatbot
When you open a chatbot you've created, an interactive chat screen will appear.
The chatbot's name, description, and reference file information are displayed in the center of the screen. You can freely interact with the chatbot using natural language in the input field at the bottom.
💬 Example: “I'm preparing a presentation for an executive meeting tomorrow. Can you recommend a PPT structure that delivers the key points in 10 minutes?”
Depending on your needs, you can also ask your company administrator to change the AI model to GPT, Claude, Gemini, or another available model.
Choose the engine that best suits your specific work needs.
Tip!
When a response is generated using an attached file as a reference, the referenced document name is displayed at the bottom of the response.
Click the document name to view the specific section that was cited in the response on the right side of the screen.
2) Explore Chatbot Settings
Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner of the chatbot to access the following options:
① Edit Chatbot: Modify the chatbot's name, description, instructions, and other settings.
② Pin to Left Menu: Pin frequently used chatbots to the left menu for quick and easy access.
③ Delete Chatbot: Delete chatbots that are no longer needed. (Only the chatbot creator can delete a chatbot.)
