Morningmate Wiki brings fragmented information from across your projects together in one place, helping you build a “work encyclopedia” for your team.

Morningmate Wiki is available on the web and PC app with no separate installation required.

✅ All documents are automatically saved in real time, so you can focus on your work without worrying about losing your content or having to click a Save button.

✅ Use drag and drop to freely rearrange documents or move them between folders.

1. Get started with Morningmate Wiki

1) Open Wiki from the main menu

Click the Wiki icon in the navigation rail on the left side of Morningmate to get started. Clicking the icon takes you directly to the Morningmate Wiki dashboard.

2) Create a new page

Click the [+] button in the upper-left corner of the Wiki home screen to start writing a new document right away.

Your document is automatically saved in real time, so you can focus on your work without worrying about losing your content.

2. Morningmate Wiki layout

Morningmate Wiki is designed to help you quickly find and manage the information you need.

1) Navigation bar (Sidebar)

The navigation area lets you see the overall document structure at a glance and easily move between pages.

① Quick buttons:
Includes buttons for Home, Search, Repattern, Notifications, and Add page (+), allowing you to quickly access frequently used features.

② Favorites:
View all pages you have marked as Favorites in one place.

③ Company Documents:
A shared knowledge repository for the entire organization. You can create an unlimited hierarchy of folders organized by department, topic, or any other structure that works for your team.

Tip!

Company folder names can be changed by an organization administrator from the [Admin] menu.

④ My documents:
A private space for documents you have created. These documents are visible only to you until you share them with others.

⑤ Shared Documents:
A collaborative space where documents and folders shared with or invited to you by team members are collected.

2) Dashboard (Main area)

The dashboard gives you an overview of your current activity and Wiki trends across your organization.

① Recently viewed:
Displays the documents you recently viewed or edited as cards, making it easy to quickly return to them.

② Favorites:
Keep frequently referenced documents easily accessible without having to search through folders.

③ Weekly HOT pages:
See which documents are currently receiving the most views and shares across your organization.

④ Pages I own:
View a list of documents you have management permissions for and manage them efficiently.

3) System management menu (Top dropdown menu)

A collection of essential tools for managing and maintaining your Wiki.

  • Wiki Admin: A management-only menu for setting organization-wide Wiki policies and managing permissions for company-wide folders.

  • User guide: Opens the official guide with detailed information on using the editor and tips for creating and managing documents.

  • What's new: Stay up to date with the latest features and improvements added to Morningmate Wiki.

  • Developer center: A dedicated space for developers who want to integrate Wiki with internal systems or use the API.

  • Trash: Temporarily stores deleted documents. You can restore documents to their original location when needed.

  • Log out: Safely logs you out of your current Wiki account. Be sure to log out when using a shared or public computer to help protect your work and account.
