Repattern AI – Admin dashboard

Repattern's Admin dashboard is an admin-only menu that allows organizations to monitor AI usage, manage security settings and plans, and manage company-created chatbots. You can review AI usage by department, user, and feature, and analyze usage patterns across your organization. 📊

Tip!

The Admin dashboard is available only to organization admins. Flow admins can currently add or remove admins. (Learn how to add an admin)

1. Getting started with the Repattern Admin dashboard

After entering Repattern (Learn more), click Admin dashboard in the bottom-left corner to open the admin management screen.

2. Admin dashboard features

The Admin dashboard consists of five main menus: AI usage, AI security, AI plan, Company chatbot, and Users & permissions.

You can monitor how members use AI while reviewing the security requirements needed for safe AI adoption across your organization.

1) AI usage

This section allows you to monitor how actively members of your organization are using AI features.

When you open AI usage, you can see four tabs at the top: Report, Users, Departments, and Models (AI engines).

In the Report tab, you can view key insights and usage trends for Repattern across your organization. You can review feature-level usage as well as usage by department and model in one place.

Tip!

  • Use the options in the top-right corner to select the department scope and time period (monthly) for your report. If your organization chart is enabled, you can expand a parent department to view its sub-departments.

  • Click View more or View details in each statistics section to go directly to the corresponding tab for more detailed information.

  • Pay particular attention to the Top 5 AI users statistics. Monitoring these users and their usage patterns can help maximize the benefits of AI adoption and utilization.

2) AI security

This section allows you to apply preventive controls and masking policies to block work-unrelated conversations and prevent sensitive information from being exposed. Use these settings to create a safer environment for AI use across your organization.

(1) AI security report

This menu provides an overview of your organization's current security measures.

You can review information such as Sensitive information protected by AI and the status of security masking and prohibited words.

You can also check the potential risks that have been prevented and the estimated cost savings resulting from these security measures.

(2) AI security settings

① Data transfer controls

You can restrict users from copying AI responses or their input data, and prevent users from pasting data from external sources into the Repattern chat window.

By keeping AI usage within a secure environment, you can help your organization maintain its security policies while building a safe and productive AI culture.

  • Copy restriction: Prevents users from copying AI-generated responses or work-related content they enter, such as business plans and sales data, to external environments.

  • Paste restriction: Prevents users from pasting unverified data from external sources into the AI chat window.

② Prohibited words

You can register prohibited words to prevent requests containing those words from being sent to AI.

Example: Register sensitive information such as salary information, national ID numbers, credit card numbers, internal project or system names, authentication keys, and tokens as prohibited words to prevent users from requesting information related to them.

③ Security masking

You can view the current list of information subject to masking, such as national ID numbers, bank account numbers, passport numbers, corporate registration numbers, and API keys.

Click Add to add a new masking target, or click Edit to modify existing items or make changes in bulk.

Tip!

  • Enabling Enhanced security masking may slightly increase response times. However, we recommend enabling it for organizations that prioritize security.

  • You can register multiple keywords when configuring prohibited words.

3) AI plan

This section allows you to check your organization's current Repattern plan and monitor your usage, including your remaining and total usage.

If necessary, you can also submit an inquiry about upgrading your plan.

4) Company chatbot

Manage the Repattern chatbots created and used by your organization.

You can activate or deactivate chatbots, create new chatbots, and delete existing chatbots from this menu.

5) Users & permissions

This feature allows you to selectively grant AI access and Advanced access (Advanced Search) to specific departments or users who frequently use AI for work, such as planning, marketing, and development teams.

You can manage permissions based on user needs—for example, distinguishing users who primarily need AI for general questions from those who require high-performance models or advanced features.

By preventing unnecessary license usage and allocating AI resources based on actual business needs, you can maximize productivity while making the most of your available budget.
