Tip!
If you are a company administrator, you can use the Admin Dashboard to check your company's usage, manage your plan, configure security settings, and more.
3) Chat input / chat mode settings
This is the main area where you enter questions or requests for AI. You can simply type your request in natural, conversational language, and AI can generate documents, analyze data, or develop ideas for you.
Press Enter to send a message and Shift + Enter to add a line break.
The placeholder text in the input field changes depending on the selected chat mode, making it easier to get started.
Use the settings area on the left side of the input field to select Search Morningmate, Search the web, or Generate images. If you don't select a specific mode, Repattern will use Free chat.
* Chat feature buttons
Attach file: Click the plus icon to upload PDF, Excel, or image files. You can also reattach recently uploaded files.
Advanced search: Turn this on to have AI analyze more context and logical relationships during the conversation, helping you receive more sophisticated responses.

Change search mode: Set the search scope to Morningmate data only, such as Projects, Wiki, or Drive.
4) AI model selection
You can switch between available AI models using the model selection menu in the bottom-right corner of the chat input field.
Tip!
GPT-5 may be suitable for drafting documents, Gemini for data analysis, and Claude for summarizing documents and work-related content.
5) Favorites
You can add frequently used chatbots or AI features to your Favorites for quick access. This is especially useful for pre-configuring chatbots that you create yourself or that are frequently used within your department.
6) Prompt Guard (security masking) 🛡️
Repattern provides a Prompt Guard (security masking) feature to help organizations use AI safely.
Prompt Guard is enabled by default and can be enabled or disabled by a company administrator from the Admin Dashboard, if necessary.
If your request may contain sensitive information, make sure to check whether Prompt Guard is enabled before using Repattern.
Tip!
Even when you copy and paste an email or document, sensitive information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses is automatically masked before being sent to AI.
Because the masked information cannot be viewed by the AI, this helps prevent sensitive personal information from being exposed to the AI.
3. Using different chat modes
Repattern offers several chat modes, ranging from Free chat to Search the web and Generate images. Select the mode that best fits your needs and start your conversation.
Tip!
1) Free chat
When no specific mode is selected, Repattern uses Free chat. It generates the most appropriate response or result based on the question and context you provide.
The more specific and detailed your request is, the more accurately AI can understand the situation and generate a high-quality result.
* General example
“Summarize the meeting.”
→ AI will provide a brief summary of the key points based only on the information provided. While it can summarize the content, the response may feel somewhat broad or superficial because the specific purpose or context is not provided.
* Specific example (recommended)
“Summarize only the section about ‘Morningmate AI feature improvements’ from the team meeting notes dated 00/00 in three sentences.”
→ By attaching the relevant reference material and providing a specific request, AI can clearly identify details such as the date and topic and provide a concise, focused summary.
Repattern provides more accurate and useful results when you provide clear context, purpose, and format. Be specific about what you want, how you want it formatted, and why you need it. The better your prompt, the better AI can suggest useful follow-up questions when additional information is needed.
Always carefully review AI-generated content before using it for actual work. Even when security masking is enabled, avoid entering highly sensitive company documents or personal information whenever possible.
2) Search the web
Web search is a search mode that finds and summarizes the latest information available online.
It is useful when you need information that isn't available within Morningmate, such as market trends, competitor comparisons, policy updates, or definitions of unfamiliar terms.
When should you use it?
“Find and summarize the latest AI trends that are currently gaining attention.”
“Find our competitors' services and briefly compare their features.”
“Check whether there have been any recent changes to policies or regulations related to OO and summarize them.”
“As of today, find recent reports and articles about our industry and summarize the key points.”
The broader your search request, the more scattered the results may be. Whenever possible, specify the time period, target, and topic to make it clear what information you are looking for.
Try the following examples:
“Summarize the five major AI trends from the past three months. Include representative examples of services or features for each trend.”
“Compare Programs A, B, and C based on pricing, security, AI features, and admin features in a table. Then summarize three key takeaways for our company.”
“Briefly summarize the AI features offered by competitor ‘OO’ and suggest five ideas that could be applied to our service.”
3) Images (image generation)
Generate images creates images based on the description or prompt you provide.
It can be used to quickly create visual concepts for product introductions, marketing campaigns, banners, thumbnails, and more.
The AI models currently available for image generation are GPT-image and Nano Banana.
When should you use it?
When you need a simple visual concept for a product or service
When you want to create an initial concept or mood for a marketing campaign
When you need a thumbnail for a blog post, announcement, or presentation
When you want to visualize a concept without an existing reference image
The more specific your description, the closer the generated image will be to what you have in mind.
Your prompt essentially serves as an instruction sheet for the image generator. Whenever possible, specify the purpose, style, mood, and composition first. You can also include elements that should be excluded from the image.
* Try the following examples:
“Create three versions of a campaign visual for an AI solution that helps reduce work hours.”
“Create a blog thumbnail for the latest Repattern feature update. Use a technical but approachable tone with a pastel aesthetic. Leave space for a title on the left, but do not generate any text in the image.”
“Create a background image for a seminar poster about ‘AI-powered work automation.’ Use a clean and trustworthy visual style. Leave the center area open for text, with additional space at the top and bottom. Do not include any people.”
4) Search Morningmate (Projects, Wiki, Drive)
Search Morningmate allows you to search and retrieve information stored in your current Morningmate workspace, including tasks and posts in Projects, internal files, and Wiki content.
It is designed for questions that require answers based on information stored within your organization—for example, finding meeting notes, checking past decisions, or reviewing project history.
Rather than simply searching for keywords, it can analyze structured Morningmate data such as task status, schedules, and assignees to provide more relevant answers.
Task-based: Understands the content, due dates, and status of tasks registered in Projects.
Schedule-based: Provides answers based on event posts registered within Projects.
Assignee-based: Connects information about tasks assigned to a specific user with their participation history.
* When should you use it?
“Find and summarize the meeting notes from 00/00 in the Q3 Marketing Project.”
“Find the agreed decisions about the advertising budget in posts from the Marketing Project last week.”
“Find only the cause of the delay that the developer documented in Project A.”
“Who was assigned to OO's task? Include links to the relevant posts.”
Narrowing the search scope improves accuracy. Whenever possible, specify a particular project. Including details such as which project, time period, or team the information belongs to can significantly improve search quality.
Try the following examples:
“Find posts related to the last meeting in the ‘Q3 Marketing Project’ in Morningmate and summarize the key decisions in three bullet points.”
“In Project A, identify the cause of the delay, the person responsible, and the next action items, and organize them as a checklist.”
“Find posts that include discussions about last month's advertising campaign and summarize the key points. Include supporting links if available.”
Tip! How to limit your search to specific projects
When Search Morningmate mode is enabled, click Search scope at the bottom of the chat window.
You can select projects you are currently participating in or projects organized into project folders. Once a scope is selected, Repattern will search only within the selected projects.
5) Repattern Skills (File Creation & Briefing)
Repattern Skills is a feature that uses AI to create files, generate briefings, and more. It’s especially useful when you want to gather an overview of the Flow tasks you’re currently responsible for or quickly organize your weekly work report. You can also create documents in various formats, including PPT, Excel, Word, and PDF.
With all these capabilities, Repattern’s conversational features can become your reliable work partner and assistant. From summarizing documents and analyzing data to drafting content and creating images, Repattern can help with a wide range of tasks. Instead of spending too much time figuring things out on your own, ask Repattern first and make your work a whole lot easier! ☁️
