In Morningmate, chat rooms can be easily created not only through the Chat button, but also from user profiles and participant lists.
Tip!
Project Chats can only be created after entering a project.
(What is a Project Chat?)
1. Create a chat room with “New Chat”
In the chat screen, click New Chat in the top-right corner (①), select the participants you want to invite (②), and then click the Invite button at the bottom (③) to create a chat room.
2. Start a chat from the organization chart
Click the Organization Chart button in the top-right corner of the Morningmate main screen to search for users or browse users by department and start chatting immediately.
3. Start a chat directly from a profile
You can start a chat directly from each user’s profile.
If you have never chatted with the user before, a new chat room will automatically be created.
4. Start a chat from the participant list
In a project or chat room participant list, click the chat icon next to a participant’s name to immediately start a 1:1 chat.
