Shape your home screen to create your own mobile dashboard😎

1. Shortcut (Favorites) Settings

Set frequently used features as 'shortcuts' at the top of your mobile home screen.

By default, Saved Drafts, Mentions, My Posts, and Bookmarks will be automatically set as shortcuts in your home screen. To change this setup, tap the setting icon (⚙️) at the top of the Home tab.

You can also rearrange the order of this list in the settings and toggle them on or off using the activation button.

Tip!
You can manage the order of both your Shortcuts and Widgets from the Home screen settings. To rearrange the order, hold the drag handle (⋮⋮) on the left for 1–2 seconds to drag and drop.

2. Widget Settings

Your home screen got even smarter with Widgets!
Use new widgets to keep your tasks, schedule, and projects at your fingertips.

In case of widgets, My Tasks, Projects, Mentions, and Project Posts will be registered by default. You may also edit this list through the Settings (⚙️) at the top.

Let’s check out each widget one by one to make your home screen more productive!

1) Tasks 📚

The "Tasks" widget gives you quick access to a filtered task view.
You can check your tasks by deadline and also view tasks you have requested.

Tap 'View More' button to go to your full task list settings.

You can also use the filter button next to the widget title to customize the view based on your needs. You may select all 6 options to add to the widget.

2) My Projects 🗂️

Check your favorite projects or recently updated ones (with new posts or comments) via this widget.

Just like the [My Projects] list on the web, you can click the [⭐] button to set or remove favorites within this widget.

Also, simply tap 'View More' to go to the full Projects page.

Tip!
The order of the projects is automatically listed based on the recent updates.

3) Today's Schedule 📆

In this widget, you can check all events planned for today in your calendar.

To see the event in detail, just click on the schedule!

If it’s a project event, you will see a "View in Project" button that takes you straight to the full post. Tap 'View More' to open the full calendar and add new events anytime.

Tip!

Events added directly to the calendar (not within a project) will only display basic details. These events can only be found in the main calendar as they are not associated with any project.

4) Mentions @

Quickly check posts and comments where you were mentioned!

You can see the content, date, and project name at a glance and tap to jump directly to the related post or comment.

You will be able to check all the mentioned posts by clicking 'View More'.
(The 'View More' page of this widget is the same as the 'Mentions' page in the Shortcuts list.)

5) Bookmarks 🔖

Quickly view up to 5 of your bookmarked posts in the widget and tap whichever one to see the full list.

Tap 'View More' to see all bookmarked posts.

6) Project Posts 🗒️

In this widget, you can see a list of posts registered in a specific project.
Simply select the project you want to follow and keep track of new posts directly from the Home screen.

You can also use this widget to keep track of ongoing tasks or mark high-priority projects for easier management.

(1) Tap 'View More' to be directed to the selected project.
(2) The name of this widget will reflect the title of the project you selected.
