Print morningmate posts or save them as PDF files!

Updated this week

You can now print posts as they appear on screen or save them as a PDF file directly from morningmate !

This is a handy feature for preparing materials for work reports, meetings, and more.

Tip!

  • The print feature is supported for all five types of posts:
    Text / Task / Schedule / To-do / Poll

  • All project members can print any kind of post, regardless of their permission settings.

1. How to Use

1. On the post you want to print, click “More (⋮) → Print” at the top right corner.

2. Choose whether to include comments in the printout or not and click "Confirm" to open your print screen.

3. You can choose to either print the post or save it as a PDF.

2. Print Layout

1. When printing a post, the content is printed exactly as it appears on the screen, including attached files in their attachment form (e.g., file name and type).

Tip!

  • If you have liked a post, set a reminder, or bookmarked it, these actions will be reflected in your printout. However, they will not appear when others print the same post, unless they have performed the same actions on their end.

2. If you choose to print with comments included, all comments on the post - including collapsed comments and replies - will be printed.

Tip!

  • The print format may vary depending on the post type.

    • Task posts will include their subtasks, but if you want to print a subtask post, it must be printed separately.

  • Attached files will be printed based on what is visibly displayed. However, images will be expanded and printed in their full size.

NOTE:

The print feature is currently unavailable on the mobile app, including tablet devices. Please use the web version to print posts directly from morningmate.
