You can save frequently used project configurations as a template in our company's system, allowing you to quickly set up future projects (Exclusive to paid accounts).
1. Set up a project template
Go to the project you want to save as a template, then click:
More options (⋮) > Project as Template
Tip!
A maximum of 50 posts from the project can be included in the template.
You can still save the template even if the project has more than 50 posts, but only the first 50 will be included.
Subtasks are not counted toward the post limit.
2. Enter template details
Add details so your team can easily understand and use the template.
① Template title
This is initially set based on the current project name, but you can modify it as needed. We recommend updating it to better reflect the purpose or topic of the project.
② Template description (Optional)
Provide a brief description to help team members understand the purpose of the template and how it can be used.
③ Category (Required)
Select a category for the template.
Project template categories can be added or edited by a company admin in the Admin page.
(For more details on how to manage template categories)
④ Image (Optional)
You can upload an image to visually represent the template.
If no image is added, a default blank image will be applied automatically.
4. Your company project template is ready!
If new posts are added to the original project after saving it as a template,
they will be automatically reflected in the template, up to a total of 50 posts.
Tip!
Once you register the project as a template, a 'template' tag will appear next to the project name, indicating that this is the original project being used as the template.
5. (Optional) Hide your original project from your project list
Please note that the original project serves as the base for your template, so any updates made to the original will be reflected in the template.
To maintain the template's format, hide the original project from the project list to avoid accidental changes.
Remember, hiding a project is a personal setting, so inform participants not to modify the original project unless necessary.
