Seamlessly sync your events and task posts from morningmate to Google Calendar, so you can view everything in one convenient place.
If you’ve been managing your morningmate schedules and Google Calendar separately, this feature streamlines everything, making it easier to stay organized and access all your tasks and events in a single calendar. 😊
1. Integrate your Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar directly from event/task post
By clicking on the three dots in an Event or Task post and selecting "Add to Google Calendar", you can link your Google account to the event or task. This will integrate it with your Google Calendar for easy scheduling and management.
Connect your Google Calendar in My Settings
Another way to integrate with Google Calendar is through "My Settings". Navigate to the "Integrations" menu and click "Connect" next to Google Calendar. A login pop-up will appear where you can enter your Google account information.
2. Adding events/tasks in Google Calendar
After integrating your morningmate account with Google Calendar, you can add new events and tasks directly in Google Calendar. Note that task and event calendars are created separately in Google Calendar.
Adding an event in Google Calendar
When you create a new event in morningmate and indicate your attendance, it will be automatically added to both your morningmate calendar and your Google Calendar.
Tip!
Any changes made to events synced with Google Calendar will also be automatically updated in your Google Calendar.
Adding a task in Google Calendar
To add an individual task from morningmate to your Google Calendar, click on the three dots and select "Add to Google Calendar".
Tip!
Only the tasks with a due date will be shown in your Google Calendar.
Any changes made to tasks synced with Google Calendar will also be automatically updated in your Google Calendar.
3. Disconnect integrations or change account
To disconnect your account, go to your integration settings and remove the account from the service you wish to disconnect.
To switch accounts or reconnect, simply click 'Connect' in the settings or directly from the feature (event/task post)
