"Hmm... where did I mention that?"

If you find yourself saying this often during your workday, our Smart Search feature is just what you need!

Our integrated Smart Search allows you to quickly find contents within your workspaces, posts, comments, and chats. Enter your desired keyword or phrase to find information quickly😀

1. Smart Search

By searching in the integrated search bar, you can easily find not only posts and comments, but also content exchanged in chat rooms.

Tip!
Jump to the integrated search bar using the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Windows: Alt + K

  • Mac: Cmd + K

2. Recent Searches
You can see the keywords or phrases you recently searched through Smart Search.

Use this feature to quickly check previous search results.

3. Search Results View
The Smart Search will reveal any projects, posts, comments, chats, and other contents related to the keyword you entered.

Tip!
Cannot find a content that includes your searched keyword?

Adjust the filter on the right and check again!

(1) Highlighting
The searched keyword or content will be highlighted in the results.

(2) Category View
You can select a specific category at the top to narrow down your search results to distinguish projects, posts, and chats.

Tip!
Clicking a result under "Chat" will open the corresponding chat room and take you directly to the message containing the keyword.

(3) View Details for Post Results
Click the writer's name at the bottom of the search results to view their profile, or click the project name to navigate directly to the project associated with the post.

(4) View Post (File)
When searching for files, the 'Go to the Post' button will direct you to the post with the attached file, providing clear context and history related to that file.

4. Use Search Filters for More Accurate Searches

(1) Search Filters
Narrow down your search scope to quickly find the desired results. You can refine your search results by date range, creator, and sorting order.

Tip!
When searching within a project, the search will only reveal results from that specific project. To search across all projects, remove the tag by pressing the 'Backspace' key or 'X.'

Please note that with the "Search in this project" tag, you won't be able to find search results related to the project chat associated with that project.

(2) File Type
If you know the type of file you are searching for, you can view only the desired file types.
